A non refundable deposit must be paid once appointment is set. Deposits must be paid through Zelle (816-612-6012) or Cash App (jjaabanks). Please include name, date, and time of appointment in the “For” field. I charge a 50% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. A $15.00 late fee will be applied after ten minutes. Appointment will be cancelled if late more than 15 minutes (unless I make an exception. No extra guest are allowed. No FaceTime calls or playing media while in salon unless you have in ear buds or Pods. Please be mindful of the other guest/stylist and refrain from smelling heavily of smoke.
