‼️Please Read thoroughly ‼️ A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. Appointments may be rescheduled once. To ensure your deposit transfers to the new date, please text me to request the reschedule. Cancellation Policy: • A 100% fee will be charged for no-shows. • A 50% cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. Late Policy: • A $15 late fee will apply after 10 minutes. • If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled unless prior exceptions are made. Salon Guidelines: • Please come in at exact time of appointment. • No extra guests are allowed. • No FaceTime calls without earbuds or headphones. • Please be considerate of other clients and stylists by avoiding heavy smoke odors.
